Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS HOPTEL Services for the VAMC MEMPHIS, TN. The VHA NCO 09 - Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for the Memphis, TN VA Medical Center, located at 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104-2127. The Memphis VA Medical Center needs a contract for one base year and 4 one-year options for the HOPTEL (hotel/motel) services for VA Medical Center Memphis veteran patients awaiting morning appointments. This procurement will be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small-Business SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS code is 721110 Hotel (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. The small business size standard is $32.5 Million. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp website on or about April 2019. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract. All vendor's submitting quotes, thier VetBiz listing must appear at the time quotes are due (VAAR 819.7003(b)) AND at the time of award (rather than prior to award ).
