HOMECOMING EVENTS FOR 2009
University Student Government Association (NCCUSGA) is in the process of obtaining services for an Audio/Visual & Lighting Vendor for the Homecoming 2009 activities. Technician(s), A Lighting kit, 2-large professional LCD projectors, 2-Large projection screens at least 10.5 x 14 and able to accommodate 3000 spectators, 7-Cordless Microphones, 5- Regular Microphones, and 5-Headsets with 5-Microphones, as well as an ADA compliant stage and complete Sound System. One night event will have a national recording artist, (See Attached Rider)
The Lighting kit will need to include basic color gels, 2-super trooper spotlights, 2-professional strobe lights, and 1-blacklight package for stage effects.
The ADA Compliant stage will need to be 34height and 32 x 24 with steps and guard rails. The stage will also be made from steel and plywood, which is important to the overall production of certain scheduled events, i.e. step show, fashion show, etc.
The sound system should be capable of playing CDs (original and authorized copies). It should also include a direct line that can allow recording artists to run directly into main board. It will further have Adaptation Devices for MP3 or iPods, DJ Equipment and speakers. Due to the size and acoustics in the gym, the speakers included with the sound system should have a minimum of 10,000 watts. All requested microphones should be compatible with chosen sound system.
For archival purposes all events, for the exception of the concert and comedy show, should be videoed and a copy of the DVD will be made available to NCCUSGA. All equipment and items listed in the scope will be used throughout all Homecoming activities
