HIV Support Services
Only providers within the seven counties of the Massachusetts portion of the Boston
Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA) are eligible to submit proposals for this RFP. The
Massachusetts portion of the EMA consists of Suffolk, Norfolk, Bristol, Essex,
Middlesex, Plymouth and Worcester Counties.
The Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC) seeks proposals to provide Client
Advocacy, Food Services, Housing, Peer Support and/or Transportation services that
target people living with HIV, particularly those who know their HIV status but are
not in care. The goal of these services is to (1) support individuals living with HIV
in their effort to enter into and remain in primary health care and health related
support services and (2) help improve the clinical health outcomes and quality of life
of people living with HIV/AIDS.
