Mandatory Submittal-Minimum Qualifications Package Due: February 25, 2010 AT 10:00 A.M.
Optional pre-bid conference 02/17/2010 (strongly recommended).
The County is soliciting bids via Internet Reverse Auction from Respondents qualified, responsible and willing to provide County with HIV rapid test kits and controls on an as needed basis per all solicitation specifications and requirements contained or referenced herein for a one-year period with four (4) one-year renewal options.
INTERNET AUCTION COMMENCES: March 16, 2010 AT 9:00 A.M. Tucson, AZ Time and will End at 10:00 A.M. Tucson, AZ Time
Pre-Qualified bidders, in accordance with auction rules may submit bids using either online bidding or by Proxy Bidding.
