HIV Prevention Services
AIDS and Chronic Diseases Section is seeking proposals from Connecticut public and private organizations and community-based agencies to implement HIV Prevention Programs that include outreach and HIV testing to populations disproportionately impacted by HIV [i.e., men who have sex with men (MSM), injection drug users, black and Hispanic heterosexuals] and HIV-infected persons.
