HIV PREVENTION DATA COLLECTION, REPORTING AND EVALUATION
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 28, 2010. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for implementation of HIV Prevention Data Collection, Reporting and Evaluation Services issued by the Division of Public Health (the Division). The purpose of this RFP is to replace the Prevention Evaluation and Monitoring System (PEMS) with fully functional data collection and reporting system.
A COTS or other immediately available service is required to replace PEMS. This RFP is NOT for research and development of new software/hardware. Preferences will be given to solutions already successfully implemented in other states/jurisdictions.
