The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals which will result in one contractor who will coordinate advertising, marketing and public relations activities for the HIV/STD and Hepatitis C Section (Section) for public information and education (PI&E) with a working budget of $155,000. The purpose of this contract will be to educate targeted populations about HIV/AIDS and STD prevention and the importance of medical care for HIV positive persons. Public health information and education campaigns will target high risk populations as determined by epidemiological profiles.
