The Office is releasing a Request For Proposal (RFP) for the purpose of seeking qualified, state-of-the-art proposals for the implementation of Residential Care Services for clients living with HIV/AIDS. The goal of this RFP is to identify partners who will further supplement existing housing options within the County.
