HIPAA TRANSLATION SERVICES
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals and ultimately enter into a contract(s) with a qualified service provider(s) to provide conversion of proprietary enrollment and premium files into the ANSI 834 and 820 formats and then deliver the converted files to health and welfare carriers on behalf of the Human Resources/Benefits Department of UCOP.
