Executive Order 2009-11 establishes a Task Force on Modernizing Transportation funding. This Task force is charged to consider both traditional and nontraditional sources of revenue for maintenance and preservation of the State's transportation infrastructure.

The scope of services is to conduct a Cost Allocation Study, develop policy alternatives, evaluate the policy alternatives, and produce a final report no later than June 30, 2010.
