HIGH PRESSURE AIR COMPRESSOR LEASE
NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center, Puget Sound detachment Naval Air Station North Island, CA is soliciting a firm fixed price service contract for the rental of two high pressure air compressors. Period of performance is 6 August 2014 through 19 April 2015. Delivery is FOB Destination to Naval Air Station North Island. This will be an unrestricted commercial solicitation to be issued on or about 18 June 2014 with a closing date on or about 18 July 2014. When issued the solicitation will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the solicitation.
The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the NECO website. No telephone or fax requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. An email request to [email protected] will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the solicitation from the NECO website. Only vendors registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) will be considered for contract award. Failure to respond to the electronically posted solicitation and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same.
