Objectives:


This contract will include biannual calibrations, preventative maintenance and a service agreement for the HIAC 9703+ Liquid Particle Counter instrument and Pharmspec Software:
• Allow regulatory liquid samples to be analyzed for particle contamination at WEAC laboratory
• To meet ORA's program readiness for liquid particle analyzing
• The regulatory samples must be analyzed with calibrated equipment
• Work will be performed by certified technicians
• The HIAC 9703+ Liquid Particle Counter needs to have regular preventative maintenance performed to ensure program readiness


SCOPE:


This contract includes biannual calibrations, preventative maintenance and a service agreement for supported HIAC 9703+ Liquid Particle Counter at 10mL and 25mL flow rates for one (1) HIAC
HRLD sensor, date of award through twelve months and 2 option years. The contractor will provide onsite calibrations twice a year and perform any preventative maintenance required for the HIAC 9703+ Liquid Particle Counter and update the Pharmspec Software as necessary.

TASKS:


Per the equipment listed in the table above, the contractor shall:


• Provide certified, bi-annual calibrations for HIAC 9703+ Liquid Particle Counter dual flow rates at 10 mL and 25 mL flow rates for one (1) HIAC HRLD sensor established by Original Equipment Manufacturer to factory specifications.
• Provide preventative maintenance for HIAC 9703+ Liquid Particle Counter.
• Provide instrument's "as received" data (if available). "As received" data may show the instrument's condition prior to any repairs, adjustments, upgrades or calibrations performed.
• Provide priority service at factory location, if required with 2-day return freight at no
additional charge.
• Provide work by authorized HIAC 9703+ Liquid Particle Counter and Pharmspec
software factory-certified BCI technicians capable of providing the support necessary for this requirement.
• Provide on-site labor, travel, and parts during normal business (Charges according to agreement).
• Provide priority on-site service support and technical phone support.
• Provide fixed maintenance costs (Charges according to agreement).
• Provide a certificate of support to the Delivery Point of Contact (POC).
