The intent of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and the resulting contract is to obtain fixed price proposals from firms and individuals specializing in historic resources planning and design. The primary objective of this project is to complete a Heritage Tourism Plan for the Biry House Complex in Castroville, Texas. The plan is to contain specific actions and components, or Chapters, as outlined in the Scope of Services, as well as deliver certain products, as outlined in the Project Deliverables, during the contract period. The plan is to be submitted to the City of Castroville and will also become part of the community's larger historic preservation planning work.
