The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) buy. Stock locations, CLIN 0001 to DODAAC: SW3119, DLA Distribution Warner Robins in GA for quantity of 17 each, CLIN 0002 - Government First Article Test to DODAAC: FD2060, Robins AFB, GA for a quantity of 2 each. Total Production Quantity is 17 each. Requested delivery is 280 days for Government First Article Test, 165 days Government Evaluation/Notification to Contractor, and 280 days for Delivery of Production Units after First Article approved. PPRIS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin for Production Units and with Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination for Government First Article Test; Lockheed Martin Rights Guard form must be completed at time of award; Stock Location; Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package.
Solicitation will be for a Firm Fixed Price quantity of 17 each. The solicitation issue date will be July 11, 2014 with a close date of August 11, 2014. PPRIS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is not a Critical Safety Item.
Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
