HEPA Vacuums
The County Health Department is requesting bids on an allergy vacuum upright.
1. Vacuum must be an upright dry vacuum.
2. The vacuum must have a sealed Hepa filter which captures 99.97% of the dust
allergens.
3. The HEPA filter must be washable and reusable.
4. The vacuum must have additional tools including upholstery, dusting and
crevice tools.
The Sealed HEPA Upright Sanitaire Quiet Clean Series SC5713-B containing a sealed
HEPA filtration system is an approved vacuum. Any substitute must meet this vacuum’s
minimum specifications in order to be considered.
