SOURCES SOUGHT:
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research through this sources sought to help determine the availability of qualified Small Businesses (SB) registered under NAICS code 336212 capable of supplying a Mobile Pharmacy Cleanroom Trailer for the Durham VAMC.
All specifications are attached below.
If the contractor can provide the above items, the contractor shall provide a letter from the manufacturer stating they are an authorized distributor/licenser of their products. Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter shall result in the product(s) potentially offered to be considered grey market and shall not be considered technically acceptable.
The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses. At a minimum the offered equipment shall possess the following characteristics to meet the minimum needs of the Government:
Functions to be performed; HEPA Filtered Material Pass-Throughs
Performance required; or
Must have electro-magnetic locks
Fan powered filter HEPA system
Laminar flow HEPA filtration system to maintain up to an ISO class 10 environment inside the passthrough
Capable of continuous operation
Must include minihelic pressure differential gauges
Must have one gauge on each side
Must have one-piece welded finishing trim for each side
Must be B< inch clear acrylic with EPDM seal
Stainless steel doors with steel pin hinges, and stainless-steel latching handle
Specific, to task designing of passthroughs for individual cleanrooms
Essential physical characteristics; Dimensions (if applicable)
Inside dimensions shall be 18 W x 18 H x 18 L
Outside Dimensions shall be 25 B= W x 34 H x 21 L
Double wall construction of stainless steel gauge type 304
Stainless steel shall have a #4 finish
