HELENA-LEWIS & CLARK NATIONAL FOREST - White Sulphur Springs Ranger District Janitorial
The Contractor shall provide all management, incidentals, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the Government office located at the White Sulphur Spring Ranger District in White Sulphur Springs, Montana, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.
The Contractor shall be responsible for the orderliness and cleanliness in areas used for offices and storage including the lunchroom, bathrooms, conference rooms and coffee break areas. All areas shall be kept clean, neat and free of fire and safety hazards and unsanitary conditions.
The janitorial services are required for the White Sulphur Springs Ranger District Office, Shop and the Fire Cache Building, White Sulphur Springs, MT on the Lewis & Clark National Forest. The area to be maintained consists of approximately 2,840 square feet, which is divided into eleven (11) rooms and one (1) hallway and two (2) restrooms. The Shop area consists of approximately 25 square feet which is one (1) room. The Fire Cache Building consists of approximately 130 square feet which consists of one (1) office, one (1) restroom and one (1) shower room. The entire area is covered by carpet with the exception of the restrooms, kitchen area, shower room and copy room which are covered in linoleum. The restroom in the shop area is cement.
