The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This is a proprietary item to PARKER HANNIFIN CAGE 33269, coded 3D. The Government does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer other than the approved source, PARKER HANNIFIN CAGE 33269, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval package for evaluation for future procurements.
