HEALTH AND PRODUCTIVITY MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
This procurement is open to organizations that satisfy the minimum qualifications stated below:
Be licensed to do business in the state of Washington.
Have 2 years experience in providing a web‐based health and productivity management platform
for multiple organizations, including large employers.
Agree to the certifications and assurances set forth in Exhibit 1.
Submit proposals as specified in Section 3, Instructions to Bidders of the RFP.
The objective is to obtain, implement, and evaluate a health and productivity management
platform that will provide a cohesive package of communication, tracking, and reporting
functions at the individual, organization, and state levels, as well as facilitate incentivizing
and awarding individuals and organizations in implementing and sustaining changes
resulting in a healthy and productive workforce.
