Synopsis:

This projects magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000.

This contract will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract. This award will be a total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. Work to be completed falls under the NAICS Code 236220. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with this Scope of Work. The purpose of this project is to perform the following work in the Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Building: The intent of the project is to install new guardrails around the existing courtyard, remove and replace the existing sidewalk and waterproofing around the courtyard, replace the concrete ramp and handrails at Exit 7,replace the handrails at the stairs from Exit 8, demolish and place new steps and railings at two locations for building 1B.


The site visit date and time will be announced in the solicitation. Attendance is voluntary but, contractors are highly recommended to participate. Those wishing to attend shall submit the RSVP form attached t the RFP to Matt DeLeonardis, Contract Specialist at matthew.deleonardis@gsa.gov, .

Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the website for amendment(s), if any, to the solicitation. Offer due date and time for receipt of proposals will be noted at the time and date the RFP issued. Any questions regarding this notification should be directed to the Contract Specialist whose name appears herein.
