HDI Elevator Maintenance Services
Provide "Elevator Maintenance Services" at the HART-DOLE-INOUYE BLDG NO 1, 50 WASHINGTON AVE N, BATTLE CREEK, MI 49037. HART-DOLE-INOUYE BLDG NO 1 contains 13 passenger elevators (7 gearless, 4 geared, 1 Hoister, 1 Hydraulic), and 2 handicap elevators. A contractor would be tasked with providing performance based Elevator Maintenance Services to maintain the building operations. The work includes, but is not limited to: elevator maintenance and related services. The Contractor shall be responsible for performing all work under this contract in accordance with all Federal, State, County, City laws and codes, and follow the more stringent of them. In addition to compliance with these laws, the Contractor shall follow all applicable standard industry practices including, but not limited to: Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA).
The solicitation for these services is being procured under North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 238290 and an awarded contract will include one, as described above.
It is the government's intent to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and provides the best value to the Government based on the following factors: Management Plan and Approaches, Quality Control and Staffing, Work and Staffing Plan, Service Call Plan, Past Performance, and Price. This is being solicited as a 12-month (one year) base contract with the government having the unilateral right to extend the services for four (4) additional 12-month (one year) Option periods.
Funds are currently available.
