on behalf of KOMU-TV8, hereinafter referred to as University and/or KOMU
with an organization (referred to as Respondent) to provide an HD News Graphics
Package that will be broadcast for KOMU News, Special News Events, supporting
promotional materials and KOMU.com web video, as described herein.
