Gulf Islands National Seashore, an unit of the National Park Service, Ocean Springs, Jackson County, Mississippi has a requirement for cyclic maintenance of Marine Vessel M/V MISS MARY ANN (42 foot Work Boat) Hull # VS1467001414 manufactured by Silver Ships Inc. in 2014. The previous haul-out was completed in May 2016. This vessel is equipped with:
Two John Deere 6 cylinder 9.0 liter diesel engines model# 6090
ESN# PORT: RG6090L118578 STBD: RG6090L119070
Two Ultra Jet SN# PORT: 6919 STBD: 6921
REQUIRED TASKS includes:
1. Haul-Out
2. Bottom paint
3. Deck paint
4. Service starboard and port ultra-jet drives (replace bearings and anodes)
5. Pressure test cooling systems port and starboard John Deere 9.0 engines (stop all leaks and replace port cooler core)
6. Fire suppression system inspection/report
7. Replace hose reel for cargo fuel
8. Recertify vessel life raft
9. Replace anodes on hull (Government-furnished material)

Submission of quotations. Submit signed and dated Quote on SF 1449 or letterhead via email: andre_ward@nps.gov at or before the exact time specified in this solicitation.
All quotations timely received will be considered from only Vendors with boatyard within 25 nautical miles of Government Boat Dock in Ocean Springs, MS 39564 (geographic area of consideration).

Evaluation of quotations: The Government will evaluate quotations based only on price and past performance. Evaluation of other factors, such as past performance-
(i) Does not require the creation or existence of a formal data base; and
(ii) May be based on one or more of the following:
(A) The contracting officerB?s knowledge of and previous experience with the supply or service being acquired;
(B) Customer surveys, and past performance questionnaire replies;
(C) The Governmentwide Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) at www.ppirs.gov; or
(D) Any other reasonable basis.
Where an evaluation is based only on price and past performance, an award decision will be made based on whether the lowest priced of the quotations or offers having the highest past performance rating possible represents the best value when compared to any lower priced quotation or offer.

All or none qualifications: The Government reserves the right to award all, some or none of priced items; unless the bidder otherwise specify "all or none" qualifications.
