Provides support for eligible programs serving persons living with HIV/AIDS and appropriate affected persons in Michigan. Services will be funded by the federal Ryan White CARE Act Title II and the state Michigan Health Initiative. Funds awarded as a result of this RFP are intended to provide continuum of care services to be delivered outside the Detroit area.
