The Housing Authority County of San Joaquin (HACSJ) is inviting bids from qualified Abatement Contractors to provide all labor, equipment and materials regarding the removal, handling, transportation and disposal of all hazardous materials at properties consisting of multiple single-story residential structures and a few multi story structures (in the Tracy Homes community) located in Tracy, California and Stockton, California.
