H1N1 Flu Prevention Advertising and Public Relations Campaign

The Office of Public Affairs (OPA) requests proposals from qualified firms that can provide full-service advertising and public relations (PR) services in order to award a single contract to conduct a statewide paid media and PR campaign. The successful proposer will create and implement an expedited, innovative, campaign to raise and maintain public awareness within Californias diverse population about the H1N1 virus. The campaign goal is to educate Californians about preventative measures along with accurate vaccination information. Proposers must have the capacity to address all of the services described in the Scope of Work (Exhibit A).
