Gymnasium Improvements
The City is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed contractors for the renovation of the existing Gymnasium lobby, consisting of, but not limited to: demolition of existing flooring, cabinets, and public counter; relocation of counter electrical components; installing a new counter and cabinetry; installation of new flooring materials; installing new ceiling tiles; installing new countertops within select restrooms; general patch and paint within the space and all other aspects identified in the Scope of Work.
