The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, has a requirement for fitness equipment for the Glen Canyon Field Division Warehouse Located in Page, Arizona. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Fart 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations.
The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a competitive solicitation for this requirement. This requirement is a total small business set aside.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project entails the procurement of a full gym, including free weights, machine weights, various cardio equipment, a gym mat, and other gym accessories to be delivered and installed in the Glen Canyon Field Division's Warehouse, located in the remote town of Page Arizona. Delivery is anticipated for February of 2020.
NAICS AND SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this project is 339920 Sporting and Athletic Goods manufacturing with a size standard of 750 Employees
SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The release date for the final solicitation is anticipated to be mid to late August, 2019. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor this announcement for updates and release of the solicitation documents. The solicitation documents for this procurement will be accessible from the Federal Business Opportunities website. www.fbo.gov. It is, and will continue to be, all potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the FBO website for any amendments, updates, responses to questions and answers, etc.
SYSTEM for AWARD MANAGEMENT: (SAM www.sam.gov) The System for Award Management (SAM) is a Government owned-and-operated FREE website. Vendors must be successfully registered in SAM in order to be considered for contract award.
