Gym Divider Curtain
This solicitation is for the gym divider curtains at the base gymnasium building 441. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, transportation, supervision equipment and all operations in connection with the removal of existing two curtain assemblies, installing new gymnasium divider curtains including the motor, the track, electrical controls and all the operating hardware in building 441.
The Government will only accept offers from a Small Business Only. This is a negotiated procreument, using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Process of the Best Value Continuum in accordance with FAR 15.101-1 that will result in a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. The Government anticipates a contract award in June 2014.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238390, Other Buidling Finishing Contractors, with a size standard of $14 million per year. The period of performance is 75 days after contract award.
The work consists of hanging and installing divider curtains. This includes, but is not limited to, installing and hanging curtains, installing electrical motor controls, installing track hardware, and all electrical operating controls.
