The acquisition is COMMERCIAL for code and part number items that support various end items, as these are all gun-cleaning kits that are sole source to Otis Products / 01VS3.  This is an unrestricted procurement.  This is an Other Than Full and Open Competition.  The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government.  The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. The proposed procurement includes a family group of items within NAIC: 332994.  While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, surge and sustainment and socioeconomic and other evaluations factors as described in the solicitation.  The solicitation will be available on DIBBS on 07 Oct 2019.
