Guest Reservation Call Center
The Navy Lodging Program (NLP) provides quality, affordable lodging and hospitality services, which contribute to mission accomplishment and quality of life for a mobile defense community. Navy Gateway Inns & Suites (NGIS) is the official Temporary Duty (TDY) lodging on a military installation. There are currently 20,000 guest rooms across the 66 properties. Navy Getaways (NG) consists of 53 properties offering leisure lodging accommodations such as vacation rentals, RV, and camping spaces. FFR has a requirement for IT support, guest reservation call center services for 20,000 guest rooms across 66 properties for Navy Gateway Inns and Suites; and 56 leisure travel properties for Navy Getaways.
