Guardian ad Litem, Juvenile Dependency

The purpose of this RFP is to provide the Court with competitive bids in order to select the most efficient and cost effective provider of Guardian ad Litem services for parents who are found to be incompetent, and for minor parents involved in the Juvenile Dependency Court. Please read the attached RFP document for more information.
A bidder's conference will be help on May 4, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the bidder's conference.
The deadline for submission of a proposal is May 22, 2009.
