Office of Criminal Justice Services seeks proposals to establish a pool of Contractors to provide group counseling services for participants referred to CJS by the Courts. If the pool of Contractors becomes insufficient to fulfill service requirements, the County may solicit proposals and award additional contracts at any time during the contract period.
