Groundskeeping Service for Arizona State Govt Agency located in Tucson
- This RFQ has a location requirement.
Fixed Price / One year extendable contract
A. The contractor shall perform the following groundskeeping services once every month:
a. Sweep sidewalk in front of office (blowing is acceptable).
b. Pick up litter and debris around the front of the building, and on the parking lot median.
c. Rake, weed, and water the landscaped area in front of the building.
d. Empty all ash trays.
e. Trim trees along the main driveway and in the parking lot area.
f. Pull weeds and rake around warehouse area.
g. Pull weeds on the parking lot median.
h. Pull weeds from rocked area.
B. The contractor shall perform the following groundskeeping services once every three (3) months:
a. Wash sidewalks and both levels of the parking lot.
b. Pull weeds in all other areas of the compound as necessary.
C. All groundskeeping tools and supplies shall be supplied by the Contractor.
D. The contractor shall work with the Tucson Office Accounting Technician to establish a work schedule to accomplish the weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks. All work shall be performed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
E. Discrepancy Logs (see attached) shall be utilized to inform Contractor of areas/tasks that are not meeting contract specifications, and of expected improvements. Issuance of three (3) discrepancies during any given quarter will be considered substandard performance. The Contractor will then be required to respond to a Vendor Deficiency Report with a corrective action plan. A quarter shall be defined as the 3-month period beginning upon commencement of service, and each 3 month period thereafter. NOTE: Services are not considered rendered and invoices will not be paid until all discrepancies are resolved.

G. Pull weeds in all other areas of the compound as necessary. The compound area includes the warehouse compound also.
