Grounds Maintenance
This procurement is a competitive 8(a) set-aside for grounds maintenance services located at Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach (NWSSB) and NWSSB Detachments Norco and Fallbrook. Award will be made under Performance Work Statement (PWS) Code: Annex 1503050 - Grounds Maintenance under NAICS 561730 Landscaping Services. The services include landscaping maintenance of prestige areas, lawns, fields, operational areas, and storm water system operation and maintenance, such as: mowing, trimming, edging, trash and debris removal, aeration, de-thatching, fertilization, irrigation systems operation and maintenance, tree maintenance, tree control, vegetation and weed control aboard the installations.
