Grounds Maintenance - Ayer, MA
INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS
1. The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to procure Grounds Maintenance Services in support of the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC). Services shall be performed at the MAJ David S. Connelly Armed Forces Reserve Center located at 115 Barnum Road, Devens, MA 01434-5216.
2. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of a twelve month base and four, twelve-month option periods.
3. A site visit will be conducted upon request. Send email requests to the Regional Facilities Operational Specialist, Vincent A. Ravgiala, vincent.a.ravgiala.civ@mail.mil, and the Contract Specialist, Eugene Choi, eugene.choi3.mil@mail.mil, along with a list of attendees to include company name and visitor names. Visitors must have a valid driver's license or state issued identification.

6. Offerors shall complete "fill ins" in provisions and clauses that apply and submit along with the RFQ. Failure to provide applicable information may result in the offeror being non-responsive.
