Grounds Maintenance Services at Blackwood, NJ
The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a requirement for grounds maintenance services in Blackwood, NJ. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide grounds maintenance services at the Gloucester County Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC), 390 Woodbury-Turnersville Road, Blackwood, NJ 08012. The basic services include mowing, trimming and edging in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance consisting of a twelve (12)
month base period and four (4), one year option periods from the date of award. This acquisition is a total Small Business set-aside.
