Grounds Maintenance American Samoa CBOC
Network Contracting Office (NCO) is planning to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for landscaping services at the American Samoa Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The American Samoa CBOC located at Te'o Reserve Center, Tafuna, Pago Pago, American Samoa. The total land area is 57,344 square feet with the CBOC building totaling 10,000 square feet and a parking lot totaling 1,200 square feet.
The solicitation number for this RFP is VA261-14-Q-0917. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 23, 2014, with an anticipated proposal due date of August 18, 2014.
The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins on or about October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015 with four (4) one year option periods.
The NAICS is 561730 and the size standard is $7.5 million. This will be a firm fixed priced contract.
Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
