Ground Lease Tenant or Fee Developer
The University is soliciting statements of qualifications from potential developers {“Respondent”) capable of developing a mixed-use project on a 10+ acre portion of a tract of land. The near-term objective is to develop 10 or more but less than twenty acres as a mixed-use development consisting of multi-tenant housing and retail oriented to the university community {“Project”). The housing is envisioned to consist of perhaps 500-1,000 beds, although the number shall be determined jointly by the selected developer.
