Ground Flight Simulator Lease
The 185th MC-12W Flight Training Unit requires a lower level MC-12W training device that will present an interactive graphical cockpit simulation of the KA-350 with Rockwell Collins Proline 21 and MC-12W Baseline 3.3 cockpit configuration.
It is the intent that this Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. This contract will include a Base year CLIN and four (4) Option Years.
Awards will be made under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures of FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. Solicitation Terms and Definitions are In Accordance With (IAW) FAR Part 15. Award will be made to the qualifying, responsible Offeror who is deemed to be the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror (Technical, Price and Past Performance) and whose prices are determined fair and reasonable. Anticipated Award Date is Jan 2019.
