Grocer or Retail Site Development & Operation
The Village announces a Request for Proposals and Qualifications to operate a grocery store and or other retail outlet on a site in the Village. The goal of this redevelopment is to create an attractive, well run grocery/retail store to serve the residents of the Village. The Village is the owner of record for the real estate, all improvements and personal property. The Village is open to proposals that involve outright purchase of the real and personal property; lease, and lease to own.
