Greenways RFI
The City believes that it can make significant investments in our greenway trails by unleashing the untapped potential of our more than 59 miles of greenways (see map) as accessible rights of way for fiber optic cable networks. The City seeks proposals that would allow for additional investment in greenways and other related projects that would not inhibit or otherwise obstruct the use of the greenways while expanding broadband coverage and encouraging economic development.
