Green Physical Needs Assessment (GPNA) Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland (also known as the Lakeland Housing Authority or LHA) acting for itself and/or for its various instrumentalities and affiliates is requesting qualifications from engineering firms for services in developing an initial Green Physical Needs Assessment (GPNA). The scope of services for this GPNA will consist of a physical inspection of 318 public housing units situated throughout six developments within LHA's housing portfolio. Additionally, the GPNA shall include all non-dwelling buildings and administrative buildings associated with the six developments including, but not limited to, the administrative building located at 430 Hartsell Avenue.

Responses to this RFQ must be submitted by 2:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on April 29, 2013.
Minority Business Enterprises, Woman Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, and Section 3 qualified entities are encouraged to respond to this RFQ.
