Green Building Initiative Grant Program Evaluation
The Kresge Foundation is a national foundation with a core grant program focused on strengthening nonprofit organizations through challenge grants for capital projects. As an extension of this program, The Kresge Foundation launched the Green Building Initiative in 2003 to encourage nonprofit organizations to consider sustainable design in their facility plans.
A request for proposals to assess our Green Building Initiative is attached. We wish to know if our original goals and objectives have been met and whether there is value in continuing the Initiative. The findings from this assessment will also inform our next steps as we develop a fuller environmental program. Proposal Deadline: March 28, 2007
