The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Bastrop, Texas intents to issue a soliciation for the provision of Grease Trap Pumping/Waste Removal Services for the Federal Correctional Institution located in Bastrop, Texas. The contract period shall consist of the effective date of the award through twelve months from the effectived date of award and four twelve month option periods for renewal at the unilateral discretion of the Government. The requirement for these services will consist of bimonthly visits to remove the liquid sanitary waste from FCI and Camp grease traps. Services will be performed at 1 grease trap (4,000 gal) located inside the FCI Bastrop Institution and 1 grease trap (2,500 gal) located inside the Satellitte Camp. The soliciatation will be available on or about March 1, 2019 and will be distributed solely through the Gneral Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Any contrato interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must regisgter at www.sam.gov. All future information about this solicitation, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotations is March 29, 2019, 2:00 p.m. CST. The North American Industry Classification code for this solicitation is 562119 with a size standard of $35.5 million. This solicitation will be a total small business set aside. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered. Faith Based and Community Based Organizations can submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are elible.
