Grease Trap Interceptor Removal/Install - Maint.
The purpose of this amendment to Solicitation SSA-RFQ-R09-17-1040 is to change the following:
1) To have ONLY a Base Period of Performance - Date of award through June 30, 2018. CLIN # 0001 and CLIN # 0002.
2) To Delete ALL option periods. CLIN # 0003 through CLIN # 0006.
3) To ADD an Attachment - Drawing.
4) Include an additional Site Visit - Tuesday, September 5, 2017 9:00am PT.
5) Registration for site visit contact Terry Crowley via email at terry.crowley@ssa.gov by COB on Friday, September 1, 2017.
6) Extend the Due Date until September 15, 2017,
7) Replace Sections A through E with the attached Contract Text Rev 8-30
All Else as Originally Stated Shall Remain the Same.
