Gravel & Sand Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)
This scope of work specifies gravel, sand, and topsoil necessary to perform repairs in various locations throughout the St Marys Falls Canal facility for 2014 and 2015.
Specific delivery quantities and times will be coordinated by Soo Area Office personnel with the contractor on a "will call" basis. Delivery lead time shall be no longer than three business days (Monday - Friday, excluding Federal Holidays). Minimum and maximum total order quantities for each calendar year are specified below. The minimum quantity requested for an individual delivery will be as follows:
22A Dense Graded Aggregate: 10 tons
6AA Coarse Aggregate: 10 tons
Fill Sand: 15 cubic yards
Topsoil: 5 cubic yards

MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS:
22A DENSE GRADED AGGREGATE: Shall comply with Michigan DOT 2003 Standard Specifications for Construction Section 902
6AA COARSE AGGREGATE: Shall comply with Michigan DOT 2003 Standard Specifications for Construction Section 902
FILL SAND: Shall be a Class IIIA granular material, consisting primarily of natural aggregate, suitable for fill per Michigan DOT 2003 Standard Specifications for Construction Section 902.08
TOPSOIL: Shall comply with Michigan DOT 2003 Standard Specifications for Construction Section 917, except engineer source inspection is not required
