Grass Valley -GVCare Prime Support Services
The purpose of this requirment is to acquire GVCare Prime Hardware and Software Support services to provide 24/7 support of the various Grass Valley equipment in the USAGM Cohen Building Facility located at 330 Independence Ave. S.W. Washington, D.C. 20237. These servies will be used to provide support for Voices of America's (VOA) HD programming and content. Maintenance of the existing Grass Valley equipment is critical to VOA programming and without it,VOA would not be able to guarantee 24/7 broadcasting capabilities to meet the broadcasting requirements of VOA.
