Graphic Design Services (Logo Design, Brochure Revisions and Exhibit Materials)
The Department is seeking proposals from qualified, interested parties to design a
logo to be used on a variety of publications and items, revisions to the content of various informational
brochures, including an annual report, previously designed using Adobe InDesign software, and design and
printing of 2 exhibit banners and a coordinating exhibit table cover. The scope of services requested
includes supplying the blanks for exhibit banner and table cover printing. The logo, informational material
revisions and exhibit materials and design should be bid as separate contracts, and may be awarded
separately or together. Bidders must be experienced in logo and exhibit material development and design
and in the use of Adobe InDesign software. The winning bidder will supply all print-ready artwork for the
logo design, shall supply banners and table cover with pre-printed graphic images, the design of which was
pre-approved by the department, and revised/edited informational materials in Adobe InDesign electronic
format, including the Department’s annual report, as the deliverables for these projects. The Department
will provide all finalized and proofed copy for these projects. The winning bidder will complete all work
under the contract no later than December 31, 2011.
