Graphic Design Services
Pickup and delivery of assignment at the College shall be required.
Provide graphic design services for the Colleges marketing needs including brochures, catalogs, direct mail, print and internet advertising, logos, posters, trade show displays, newsletters and handbooks encompassing copy to be supplied by the Board for State Academic Awards and Charter Oak State College. Contractor shall develop printer specifications and make paper stock recommendations; provide photographic services in conjunction with assigned projects; convert electronically designed publications into PDF files and ensure that these meet State of Connecticut ADA accessibility standards; create PDF files and provide hyperlinks/bookmarks as required within the publication; and create Adobe PDF files capable of capturing data (Adobe forms) and/or use of complex navigation (Adobe e-Books). Specific services required will be identified with each assignment. Pickup and delivery of assignment at Charter Oak State College shall be required. Contractor shall also be willing to meet all deadlines established by the College. Approved written cost estimates will be required, along with an official Purchase Order, prior to the start of any project. Assignments shall be given to the contractor by the Director of Marketing or a member of the marketing staff. No work can begin without receipt of a Purchase Order.
